PHS PTSO is very excited to share that the rising seniors in the Class of 2025 will get the opportunity to paint their reserved parking spots for their Senior year! Download an information packet below that includes the application and everything you need to submit your design and prepare for painting days! PTSO and Pace High Administrators have worked hard to bring this exciting program to life, and we can’t wait to see your creativity!

If you are a class of 2025 school year student and wish to obtain a reserved painted parking spot, you must complete the following steps to be considered for approval:

  • Download the Painted Parking Spot Packet from www.pacehighschoolptso.com or pick it up from the PHS Front Desk and/or Athletics beginning Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

  • Pay an ONLINE ONLY registration fee of $100 plus S2 processing fee. 
    o    
    Registration for painted reserved spots will be done exclusively through the S2 App from May 9 at 7am to May 17, 2024.

  • o    This registration includes a reserved parking decal, a choice of parking spot among the available reserved spots (first come, first serve), and permission to paint your parking spot (once the design is approved). PTSO will invest proceeds from the $100.00 registration fee in projects directly benefiting the school and portions to the PHS Athletics Department and the Senior Class.

  • â—»    Pages 5 and 6 only of this packet must be completed and submitted to Athletics for approval by May 17, 2024. There will be no exceptions to the artwork/acknowledgement deadline, so plan accordingly. You will be notified of your approval via email.

  • â—»    A Parking Rules and Student Info Form (2 pages) must be completed, signed by parent and student, and turned in to the Athletics Secretary (Mrs. Welling) to obtain your decal in August; form availability and collection dates are to be announced. 

 

Painting Dates

Eligible students will be painting their parking spots on the following supervised PHS PTSO painting days:

  • Friday, June 14        8:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Saturday, June 15     8:00 am - 8:00 pm    

  • Sunday, June 16        8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Pre-purchase Optional Paint Kits

On March 13, 2024, an electronic order form (pre-payment required) will be available to order from the selected list. Students can choose from ANY Glidden or PPG paint color (swatches available at Home Depot or Walmart). Discounts will only apply through this online pre-purchase program and are available until May 31, 2024 as the final order date. Pricing includes tax; delivery will be made to the school with several designated pick-up days. **Once an order is placed, there will be no refunds, so please ensure you have a successfully purchased spot and have finalized your colors before placing an order. *There will be a Paint Q&A thread for questions in our Facebook group.
